Grace Cat (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is the operator of https://thegracecat.com website (the “Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Grace Cat delivers across Malaysia and Singapore!
For all orders, standard deliveries are made using third-party couriers.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. The shipping costs are as follows:
- West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM7 per order. FREE Shipping for minimum order of RM100 (after discounts and vouchers) in a single order.
- East Malaysia: Starts from RM13 per order. The actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and dimensions of the items in your order.
- Singapore: Starts from RM30 per order. The actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and dimensions of the items in your order.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses and places where there is no one to sign and take responsibility for the parcel.
We offer same-day delivery to addresses in Klang Valley only. The shipping costs vary depends on the distance of delivery. Please WhatsApp us for the arrangement.
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is shipped out. If the new address incurs higher shipping fee (e.g. change from West Malaysia to East Malaysia), then the customer has to bear the cost differences.
Once an order has been successfully processed and shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel. Please take note that tracking numbers may take a few hours to be reflected in the courier tracking system after you have received the email notification.
Expected Delivery Time
After the payment for your order is confirmed, we will process and ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days.
The expected delivery days of the courier companies are as follows:
- West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days.
- East Malaysia: 5 to 8 working days.
- Singapore: 10 to 14 working days.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 to 3 working days.
Estimated delivery times may vary due to peak shopping periods, public holidays, weather conditions, the courier delivery schedule or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that you have not received any delivery updates within a week for your order, please contact us for further assistance.
Cancellation of Order
If you change your mind after placing your order, we are able to accept cancellation at any time before the order is processed or dispatched. A refund after deducting any transaction fees will be made to you. This refund process will take 7 to 14 working days depending on the bank.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Missed Delivery or Re-delivery
Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
Lost Parcel or Items
Not yet received your parcel? We apologise if you have not received your parcel after a long time. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your parcel within 25 days from the day the item has been dispatched.
Some product is missing? At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature or details to the delivery courier. By doing so, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged. Should the seal be broken, please check the content of the parcel and you may refuse to sign for the parcel.
We are not responsible for:
- any loss of the items after courier company has delivered the parcel to the designated address or
- any wrong shipment information from customer.
If you received parcel with damaged, expired or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 working days from the order-received date, and attach a single photo which includes: Parcel packaging + Consignment note + Faulty Product for our further investigation.
Damage reported after 2 working days will not be eligible for the compensation claim.
Custom Duties – Shipping to Singapore
All products are shipped directly from our Malaysia warehouse, please note that there might be custom duties and taxes incurred at the discretion of the Singapore customs department which is liable by the customer.
This means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties for your order. If this is the case, you will need to pay the costs to release your order from your local customs department before it can be delivered to you.
Grace Cat is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and do not accept responsibility for these costs.
