Job scope:

  • Create and plan content ideas & scripts
  • Record, edit, add subtitles and publish videos

Are you a people person who loves pets and enjoys creating fun, meaningful experiences? 🐾

We’re looking for an energetic, organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our growing team.

✨ Job Scope:

  • Plan, organize and execute pet events and pop-up booths, from small community events to major pet expos in Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, and beyond.

  • Handle event logistics, including booth setup, decoration, product transport and inventory management.

  • Research, negotiate and secure upcoming event slots.

  • Recruit, interview and train part-timers (1-hour briefing before event) and supervise them throughout the event.

  • Proactively engage and educate customers about Grace Cat products in English and Malay (Chinese is optional).

  • Learn product knowledge and pet health information to confidently answer customer questions.

  • Take photos and videos during events for marketing and social media purposes.

  • Assist in booth design, layout and visual presentation improvements.

  • Research and liaise with vendors for booth setup or visual merchandising.

  • Plan and organize in-house brand events at our office or other venues.

  • Prepare event reports and feedback summaries after each event to help improve future experiences.

  • Willing to travel within Malaysia (and occasionally overseas) for events or exhibitions.

✨ Requirements:

  • Love pets ❤️ (especially cats!)

  • Passionate about events, people and creating memorable experiences.

  • Fluent and confident in English & Malay (Chinese is a plus).

  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple tasks.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to travel and work on weekends when events are held (replacement off days provided).

  • Possess own transport.

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel).

  • Experience in event planning or marketing is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm are welcome!
